For this, we offer you, bassed on the partnership with Allianz Tiriac Asigurari SA, the facultative house insurance My Home, which covers a series of risks, but also allows personalization with additional coverage.

 

My home house insurance contains 3 progressively built insurance packages as follows:

Confort provides protection for risks as natural catastrophies, fire and for civil liability and home assistance
  • Fire, lightning, explosion, sonic boom, failling aircraft: covers the costs related to the repair / replacement of the insured property.
  • Natural catastrophies: covers the repair or replacement costs in case of damage caused by storm, torrential rain, hail, floods, landslides.
  • Home assistance: covers home assistance technical costs in case of urgency ( plumber, carpenter, electrician, etc).
  • Civil Liability: covers the prejudices caused by third party through accidental, negligence, imprudence or omission facts.
  • Insured expenses: covers the expenses made after an insured risk occured and/or the expenses for temporary accommodation in other location.
  • Earthquake.
Extra provides additional protection for disposable assets and water damage
  • Fire, lightning, explosion, sonic boom, failling aircraft: covers the costs related to the repair / replacement of the insured property.
  • Natural catastrophies: covers the repair or replacement costs in case of damage caused by storm, torrential rain, hail, floods, landslides.
  • Home assistance: covers home assistance technical costs in case of urgency ( plumber, carpenter, electrician, etc).
  • Civil Liability: covers the prejudices caused by third party through accidental, negligence, imprudence or omission facts.
  • Insured expenses: covers the expenses made after an insured risk occured and/or the expenses for temporary accommodation in other location.
  • Water damages: covers the damages  on home or assets caused by floods as result of: plumbing or air conditioning, incresed high level of groundwater, sewage discharge.
  • Disposable assets: covers the accidental breaking or cracking of the disposable assets (mirrors, glass).
  • Earthquake.
Max provides additional coverages against theft, vandalism, accidental damage and short circuit
  • Fire, lightning, explosion, sonic boom, failling aircraft: covers the costs related to the repair / replacement of the insured property.
  • Natural catastrophies: covers the repair or replacement costs in case of damage caused by storm, torrential rain, hail, floods, landslides. 
  • Home assistance: covers home assistance technical costs in case of urgency ( plumber, carpenter, electrician, etc).
  • Civil Liability: covers the prejudices caused by third party through accidental, negligence, imprudence or omission facts.
  • Insured expenses: covers the expenses made after an insured risk occured and/or the expenses for temporary accommodation in other location.
  • Water damages: covers the damages  on home or assets caused by floods as result of: plumbing or air conditioning, incresed high level of groundwater, sewage discharge.
  • Disposable assets: covers the accidental breaking or cracking of the disposable assets (mirrors, glass).
  • Theft: covers the theft or theft attempt occur by burglary and/or robbery of the building and/or assets.
  • Vandalism: covers the deterioration and the intentional destruction by third party or external factors (car accident, animal collision).    
  • Short circuit and overvoltage: covers accidental damage by electrica phenomena at the electronic and audio devices. 
  • Earthquake.

PAD – the compulsory home insurance

 

Along with the facultative home insurance, you have the opportunity to purchase, together or separate, PAD insurance – the mandatory home insurance against earthquakes, landslides and floods, as natural phenomena – issued and regulated by law (see IPID PAD).
