Are you an Alpha Bank Romania customer?
Here's what's important for you to know:
Starting November 4, 2024, the shareholding structure of Alpha Bank Romania changes as follows: UniCredit S.p.A. will hold 90.1% of the share capital and ALPHA INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS SINGLE MEMBER S.A will hold 9.9%.
