You are always aware of your company's expenses with the credit card dedicated to microenterprises. You have 24/7 access to the money from the company account and you can follow the status of expenses both online and through the activity report or the mini statement from UniCredit Bank ATMs.

A product for financing current needs, which you can use both for shopping at all merchants that display the Mastercard logo, as well as for online transactions and cash withdrawals.

The possibility of dividing the value of purchases made with the credit card into equal monthly installments with 0% interest, according to the Regulations of the Installment Program, the terms and conditions of the Program are available here.

  • Shopping for the company, anywhere in the world, including online, safe and convenient, without commission;
  • Grace period of up to 50 days for transactions made at merchants;
  • Pay utility bills directly with your card at UniCredit Bank ATMs.

 

How to use it
  • Cash withdrawals/ cash deposits (ATM, BNA) or from the cash desks of accepting banks, which have displayed the MasterCard logo;
  • Payments to merchants (POS and internet);
  • Daily transaction limits: Cash withdrawal, maximum 10 transactions, maximum 4,000 lei*;
  • Daily transaction limits: Merchants (POS and internet), maximum 10 transactions, maximum 8,000 lei*;
  • Contactless payments.

*the total amount that can be processed daily per card, either through a single transaction or through a combination of transactions.

Transaction limits:

  • Cash withdrawals: 40% from the loan limit;
  • Retailers: 100% from the loan limit.

  • Maximum credit limit: established according to the financial results of the company;
  • Card validity is 24 months.

 

Required documents

Copy of the company’s incorporation documents:

  • Constitutive act;
  • The updated constitutive act;
  • Registration certificate;
  • Certificate of registration-mentions (only if no additional act can be presented to the constitutive act);
  • Confirmation certificate from the Commercial Registry (must be less than 14 days old);
  • Copy of ID;
  • Confirmed copies of the following financial documents: the last annual balance sheet, the mid year balance sheet (if it exists), balance sheets related to balances, and the last verifying balance.
