How do I apply for an MICRO current account package?

You can apply online and we will contact you as soon as possible, you can call the Info Center (phone number +40 21 200.20.20) or you can visit one of the UniCredit Bank branches.

How do I get my debit card and PIN?

The debit card will be collected from the UniCredit Bank unit where you have completed the application, as soon as the Bank informs you that it has been issued and is available for collection. The additional card will be collected by the cardholder, not by the account holder. The PIN code will be defined by the Cardholder/User over the phone by calling the Info Center (24-hour service) on *2020 (normal rate call in Telekom Romania, Vodafone, Orange, RCS&RDS mobile networks) or +40 21 200.20.20 (normal rate call in Telekom Romania fixed network) and following the instructions of the answering machine.

Can I have more than one UniCredit Bank package?

You cannot hold more than one UniCredit Bank package. If you already have a package and you choose another type of package from the Bank's offer, the package you hold will be closed when the new package is opened.

Can I request to close the package but not the products included in it?

You can continue to benefit from the products and services you own after closing the package. For products and services remaining active after the package closure, you will pay the standard price applicable to each individual product/service held, according to the list of Fees and Charges in force at the time of the package closure. There is no fee for closing your package.

Can I purchase other products not included in the package?

You have access to all UniCredit Bank products dedicated to the SME segment, which can be purchased separately from the package you own

For any information related to the company card, as well as in emergency situations you can contact Info Center at +40 21 200.20.20 (normal rate call in Telekom Romania fixed network) or *2020(normal rate call in Orange, RCS&RDS, Telekom Romania, Vodafone mobile networks).

Security

The BusinessNet application offers a high level of security through an authorization system based on user-generated codes, using special security devices: Digipass and Mobile Token.

Transactions abroad

If you travel abroad, you can also withdraw cash from UniCredit Group ATMs in the following countries: Italy, Austria, Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, free of charge, up to 3 commission-free transactions.

Self Service Operations

Self Service machines provide you with the services you have at the counter: you can deposit or withdraw money, exchange currency, change your PIN and pay bills. Self Service, together with BusinessNet, gives you 24-hour access to your company accounts.

*Monthly return of a portion of the bank fees charged to your account as follows:

✓ 6 LEI if you have a credit turnover between 10.000 EUR (inclusive) and 20.000 EUR in the previous month, through UniCredit Bank accounts;

✓ 9 LEI if you had a credit turnover between EUR 20,000 (inclusive) and EUR 30,000 in the previous month, through UniCredit Bank accounts;

✓ 15 LEI if you have registered a credit turnover of more than 30.000 EUR (inclusive) in the previous month, through UniCredit Bank accounts.

**The fees and discounts refer exclusively to commissions charged by UniCredit Bank. They do not apply to the Sent/ ReGIS commission, i.e. the correspondent bank commission. For products or services that are not included in the package, standard fees and commissions apply according to the list of commissions and rates in force.
