Feza Tan, Deputy CEO

Feza Tan has a career of almost 30 years in the banking sector and an important managerial experience, occupying, before taking the current role Romania, the position of CEO of UniCredit Bank Serbia, since 2018. She started her career in the Turkish Yapi Kredi in 1993 as Management Trainee, becoming, after two years Analyst in Corporate Credits. In 1997, Feza was appointed as Corporate and Project Finance Underwriting Manager where she established the first project finance team in Turkey. From 2001 she was Head of Corporate and Commercial Credit Underwriting, while in 2009 she took over the position of Head of Corporate and Commercial Credit, which she was leading until 2013, when she was named Head of Corporate and Investment Banking and also Management Board Member. During this period, Feza was also a Credit Commıttee, Audit Committee and Supervisory Board Member in leasıng and factorıng companies, as well as in 3 foreıgn subsidiaries of Yapı Kredi.

She has a degree in economics and graduated a Risk Management programme at Manchester Business School.
