- Thus, through this new unidirectional bank-customer communication channel, we want to replace as much as possible the communication transmitted on paper.
- In this new experience, you have at your disposal a virtual space, through which you will be able to receive notifications from the bank regarding contractual information, if you do not already use other digital communication channels with the bank, such as e-mail or Internet Banking or Mobile Banking applications.
